There are so many recipes out there it’s difficult to choose what
to include each week!
In our recipes we use the following wherever possible:
- only widely available ingredients
(so not just those found in the speciality aisles of large supermarkets)
- seasonal fruit and vegetables which
should help you keep within your budget.
- convenience ingredients, for example
tinned beans and pulses, curry and other prepared sauces and frozen
vegetables.
Please remember that we are completely independent
of any supermarket or food supplier. This means we won’t include
ingredients just because we happen to have a glut or because they are
new. |
