You can choose to receive 5, 6 or 7 meal plans each week.
- Each option will include
- three or more quick meal plans (ready in 45 minutes or less,
though many will be 20 minutes or less)
- one or more slow-cook meal plans
- one or more fish or vegetarian meal plans (could be quick or slow)
- In addition you will receive:
- one dessert recipe
- one snack recipe
- Our meal plans include cooking instructions
for all vegetables, pasta, bread etc to complete your meal.
- From time to time we will include recipes
which are suitable for cooking in larger quantities and are suitable
for freezing.
- We will also try and include ideas for using
leftovers wherever possible.
- Our shopping list is generic so:
- you decide whether you want to buy ingredients that are organic,
low-fat, budget or top of the range;
- you decide where you want to buy the ingredients – for example
at a local shop or farmers’ market rather than a supermarket.
