meal plans

You can choose to receive 5, 6 or 7 meal plans each week.

  • Each option will include
    • three or more quick meal plans (ready in 45 minutes or less, though many will be 20 minutes or less)
    • one or more slow-cook meal plans
    • one or more fish or vegetarian meal plans (could be quick or slow)

  • In addition you will receive:
    • one dessert recipe
    • one snack recipe

  • Our meal plans include cooking instructions for all vegetables, pasta, bread etc to complete your meal.

  • From time to time we will include recipes which are suitable for cooking in larger quantities and are suitable for freezing.

  • We will also try and include ideas for using leftovers wherever possible.

  • Our shopping list is generic so:
    • you decide whether you want to buy ingredients that are organic, low-fat, budget or top of the range;
    • you decide where you want to buy the ingredients – for example at a local shop or farmers’ market rather than a supermarket.
