OPTION A: £8.00 for 8 weeks (5, 6 or 7 meals), or
OPTION B: £16.00 for 16 weeks (5, 6 or 7 meals)

You can choose to receive 5, 6 or 7 meal plans a week at the same cost for both Option A and Option B

Upon completing this form, you will receive an email acknowledgement from us and after your payment has been processed you will receive a separate email acknowledgement from PayPal.
