how it works

1You simply decide when you want the recipes and shopping list
(probably the day before your normal shopping day). We also need to know how many adults you cook for and how many meal plans you want each week (5, 6 or 7).



2Each week we will send you our selection of meal plans along with a shopping list, showing you exactly what you need to buy when you go shopping. This is a generic shopping list which means that you can decide whether to buy low fat, organic, budget or top-of-the-range ingredients.


3You can then include our shopping list in your normal weekly shop
(on-line, at a supermarket, local shop or farmers’ market or a mixture that suits you) so you know that all the ingredients you need will be in the kitchen when you need them.

Then, all you have to do is cook, eat
and wait for the compliments!
